In-page panels with a sunken track and a raised active tab.
A Radix tabs port from Atlas. The list sits on bg-surface-sunken; the active trigger lifts
onto bg-surface-raised with a light shadow. Trigger radius matches the list
(rounded-md / --brand-radius) so a rounder look carries through. outline-hidden
keeps the focus ring in forced-colors. Reduced motion drops the color transition.
