Introduction
A React kit you install one piece at a time, with one token stack that retunes every component.
Gesso is a React kit distributed as a shadcn registry.
You add the pieces you need with shadcn add @gesso/<item>, and each one lands in your codebase
as source you own and can edit. Every component reads from one token stack, so a single retune
repaints all of them, and each component page says what the item does for keyboard, focus, and
screen readers. Start with Installation if you are adding the kit to a project, or with
Components if you want to see what it holds first.

Installation
Register the registry, add the tokens, and install a first component.
Foundations
The visual language: color, type, radius, elevation, and motion.
Theming
Make it yours with a retune, a paper temperature, or a prefab.
Components
Accessible components, grouped by what they do.
Keeping up
The changelog lists what changed, newest first. Items that are still settling carry a Beta or New chip in the sidebar, and Status chips explains what each one means.
Beyond components
Examples put several items together into one surface. Brand holds the Ramson and Ascora kits, each with its marks, color, type, and the way it moves and draws. Below them, Relief generates illustration from data, and its Stage and Beat machine pages tell stories with it.
